Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints with discretion and professionalism.
  • Educate customers on product features and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to elevate the customer experience and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury retail sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
