We are now looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive our next growth phase.

Role Overview 

As ComAve’s CMO, you will lead and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy covering digital, media, community-led growth, and content-driven acquisition. You will be responsible for scaling the company’s user base, optimizing acquisition channels and Product, and strengthening the brand presence globally. 

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with leadership across Product, Sales (Hospitality, Retail & eCommerce managers), Customer Care, and Operations to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership & Growth 

  • Define and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. 
  • Develop and scale ComAve’s digital and media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Lead data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI. 

Brand & Community-Led Growth 

  • Build and scale a content-driven marketing strategy that fosters a strong community around ComAve. 
  • Establish ComAve as a thought leader in the sports and fan engagement industry. 
  • Develop influencer and affiliate marketing programs to amplify brand awareness and engagement. 

Digital & Product Marketing 

  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic acquisition, SEO, CRM, and social media. 
  • Drive user growth through optimized acquisition channels across app, web, and partner ecosystems. 
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives within the user experience. 

Team Leadership & Culture 

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team. 
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning. 
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and go-to-market execution. 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling a high-growth company. 
  • Strong experience in team leadership and building marketing functions from scratch. 
  • Expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and media buying. 
  • Deep understanding of community-led growth and content-driven marketing. 
  • Experience with Product Marketing and digital ecosystems (App, WebApp). 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-informed marketing decisions. 
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and the sports industry is a plus.
