About the Role

As part of our Business Development team, you will work alongside passionate and innovative professionals to help our clients achieve their clinical development goals.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound prospecting activities, including emails and calls, targeting accounts across United States. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research into companies planning or conducting clinical trials to identify leads and prospective clients
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Create materials for email and call campaigns
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email outreach
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support outreach initiatives, including organizing meetings, webinars, and conferences
  • Nurture early-stage leads into qualified opportunities and route them to the appropriate Business Development team member
  • Maintain and update sales activity in Salesforce.com
  • Provide weekly/monthly metrics and progress reports to management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn about the clinical trials industry
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
