Responsibilities
  • Compose persuasive demand letters to insurance companies using advanced AI tools and established templates
  • Manage and track claim statuses within the company’s CRM system
  • Monitor timelines and maintain detailed documentation for all active claims
  • Review and analyse insurance company responses to identify claims ready for further negotiation
  • Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth claim processing
  • Document all client and insurance company communications in the CRM
  • Generate and maintain accurate timeline records for claim progression
  • Support the claims team with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and efficiently use new software tools
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management
  • Comfort with using AI tools and technology
  • Insurance or legal background preferred but not required
