Job Description

As a B2B Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting enterprise-level decision-makers with our client’s executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing a service that’s becoming increasingly vital in today’s data-driven world. This position offers unique exposure to C-level executives at major corporations while contributing to both data security and environmental sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic B2B cold calling campaigns targeting mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies
  • Schedule high-value appointments between company executives and qualified decision-makers
  • Maintain detailed records and update interaction histories in Zoho CRM
  • Conduct professional follow-up calls to nurture potential client relationships
  • Process and enrich new target company data within the CRM system
  • Track and analyze call metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate with executive team to refine targeting and approach strategies
  • Support database management by inputting and updating prospect information
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Demonstrated success in reaching and engaging C-level executives
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Zoho
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner and executive presence
  • Ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics
  • Experience in technology or enterprise services sector preferred
