Position: B2B Sales Representative

Location: Salt Lake City Area to Lehi, Utah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential business clients within the designated territory, focusing on promoting and selling our managed IT services. Developing a client list will be your responsibility.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their technology needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, including conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
  • Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, forecasting sales, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT services sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing client concerns and closing sales effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Competitive Base Salary: $35,000 – $120,273 per year, based on experience, with an uncapped commission structure.
