Brand Strategy & Strategic Partnerships Specialist – Fashion, Luxury & High-Profile Collaborations

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue opportunities for premium strategic partnerships within the fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors, with a particular focus on aligning with industry leaders, iconic brands, and celebrities.
Leverage existing relationships and forge new ones with influencers, thought leaders, and businesses across high-profile industries (e.g., fashion, car racing, luxury goods).
Craft customized pitches, presentations, and proposals that appeal to the specific goals of luxury and fashion brands, delivering standout opportunities for collaboration and visibility.
Act as a liaison between the brand and celebrities, athletes, car racing teams, and other cultural icons to create co-branded campaigns and high-visibility activations.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry celebrities, influencers, and figures to ensure seamless collaborations and maximize engagement.
Manage high-profile brand activations, including events, sponsorships, and special campaigns involving celebrities and influencers, ensuring flawless execution.
Partner with marketing, creative, and event teams to bring partnership campaigns to life, ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategy and business goals.
Oversee the development of branded content, events, and activations in line with partner agreements, leveraging celebrity involvement and industry exposure to drive consumer engagement and brand affinity.
Ensure partners receive maximum value from their participation, with clear ROI tracking, engaging deliverables, and high-profile brand placements.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier partners, providing consistent updates and ensuring all sponsorship and partnership agreements are fully executed.
Offer strategic insights to partners based on performance metrics, fostering an environment of growth, loyalty, and future collaboration.
Assess the performance and effectiveness of each partnership through metrics such as media exposure, brand sentiment, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance future collaborations, ensuring continuous refinement and value creation.
Track and report on key KPIs, including brand visibility, celebrity engagement, revenue growth, and the strategic value of each partnership.
To be successful in this role, you will bring forward demonstrated skills and experience across;
Proven experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or business development, particularly within the fashion, luxury, or high-profile industries.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile brands, celebrities, and influencers.
Solid negotiation, communication, and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
Experience in organizing high-end events and co-branded activations that enhance brand image and consumer experience.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing analytics platforms.
Highly mobile and willing to travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
