This position is part of the Collateral Management department. As a Collateral Processor for the auto title servicing team, you will be responsible for a variety of work. This work may include: responding to auto title inquiries via phone/email to obtain necessary documentation or information to resolve complex inquiries, research using various data bases. Skill set in research and open to learning multiple applications. This position requires typing, analytical/research skills as well as the ability to multi-task. Act as the subject matter expert to fill in where needed based on e-mail/report volumes and meet deadlines. This is a remote position in Ohio or Pennsylvania. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7am-4pm EST

Job Description

• Utilizing standard procedures, executes complex or escalated collateral processing activities. May have specific responsibility for specialized product or functional area.
• Processes collateral activities, including perfections, continuations and releases, in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions and escalates appropriately. May interact with customers.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Supports training of new team members.
• Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research. Provides feedback on workflow and work received
• Reviews transactions and related documents. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Work Experience
