The Role
As a Search & Social Specialist, you’ll work closely with senior consultants to run campaigns across Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Meta platforms, and be part of a high-trust, low-ego environment where your input genuinely matters.
Expect a blend of hands-on campaign delivery and client-facing consulting — ideal for someone who’s comfortable in-platform but wants to grow their strategic voice.

You Will:
✅ Set up and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, SA360, Meta, and YouTube
✅ Support clients with SA360 usage, account hierarchy design, and reporting
✅ Lead on campaign reporting, insights, and ongoing optimisation
✅ Work closely with senior team members (including our SA360 lead) to support search strategy
✅ Participate in client check-ins and contribute to performance reviews and strategic guidance
✅ Stay up to date with evolving platform capabilities and contribute to best practice processes
