Role Description:

Veracross is searching for a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to strategize, create, and manage compelling content across our range of Edtech brands. This role will be essential in shaping our content strategy, driving our messaging to our target audience, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. 

 You will work closely with demand generation marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, and product marketing to develop engaging content tailored for various platforms, ensuring it reflects our company's goals and values. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of content strategies and adjust as needed based on performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and brand awareness. 

As part of our global marketing team, you will contribute to key campaigns, oversee editorial calendars, and assist in content distribution to maximize our reach. 

Job Responsabilities:  

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the overarching marketing goals and brand identity.  
  • Manage the content creation process, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing across various platforms, such as email, website, blogs, case studies, and social media.  
  • Proactively strategize and execute content that furthers our thought leadership within the market. 
  • Conduct regular performance analysis of content, utilizing insights to guide future strategies and initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is aligned with brand standards and marketing goals. 
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and manage communications with team members for regular content updates. 
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager in SEO monitoring and analysis for content opportunities to drive higher organic website traffic. 

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in content management within a marketing team or agency focused on company growth. B2B SaaS experience will be highly advantageous. 
  • Skills: Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content across different formats. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with content management systems (Wordpress, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and social media platforms a plus. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively about content ideas that resonate with target audiences while staying on-brand. 
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams across various departments and manage stakeholder expectations. 
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and meeting deadlines. 
  • Market Awareness: Ability to understand regional market trends and adapt content strategies to drive market presence and thought leadership.

Salary at Veracross is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. The compensation range for this position is $70k to $80k (annualized USD) in addition to potential bonus.
