What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Developer with a strong background in Twilio to design, develop, and maintain our contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Twilio's APIs and services. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Azure Communications Services is a plus.
This is a remote opportunity to work from home.

  • Design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions using Twilio.
  • Integrate Twilio with other platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Azure Communications Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience as a Contact Center Developer with expertise in Twilio.
  • Strong knowledge of Twilio APIs and services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Azure Communications Services is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
