Min 5 years of proven experience in loan management and operational management. Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Extensive experience in a similar role within financial services, preferably in asset finance Strong knowledge of lending procedures and risk assessment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems Experience working in or managing remote teams Understanding of the decarbonization asset market, including solar systems, storage, and EV charging

Core responsibilities:

Review & Analyse: Assess solar and energy efficiency equipment credit applications, including exposure. Loan Management: Oversee the loan process from application to disbursement, conducting financial analysis and risk assessments. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and funding partners, ensuring a seamless experience. Follow-Ups: Contact customers for pending credit information. Supplier Accreditation: Collect and submit supplier documentation and references for funder approval. Customer Support Backup: Provide backup support for customer service and transaction processing. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and proposals for Asset Finance and PPA opportunities. Strategic Growth: Implement strategies to improve operations and expand in the UK and Ireland. Process Improvement: Refine and document processes for better efficiency and service quality.
