Description

The NDC Purchase Specialist is responsible for the balancing and overview of all files in the NDC (Non-Delegated Correspondent) purchase pipeline. The Specialist will serve as the bridge between operations and funding teams, accurately and proficiently handling all files that are ready to be sent for purchase to the lender.  The Specialist will also serve as a follow-up, ensuring all loans are properly executed and files meet the required criteria to be completed. The Specialist will work with our funding department, observantly monitoring all files to be executed and purchased.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Balancing and replicating lender’s final closing disclosures to match their closing files
  • Running Mavent and accurately checking all files to ensure they are within compliance
  • Serving as the bridge between operations and funding, making sure all files are purchased within service level agreements
  • Review the executed closing package and clear open Prior to Purchase conditions
  • Assist in resolving any Post Closing QC findings on NDC loans per direction of the Compliance Departmet
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred prior closing/title experience in balancing CD’s and LE’s
  • 2 years or more of work experience in the mortgage experience

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines routinely
  • Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
