Join Aprio's Finance Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their dynamic team. 

Position Responsibilities:
  • Over-all in charge of the accounts payable (AP) team.  
  • Oversee the procurement process of from requisition to payment. 
  • Work closely with Procurement team related to vendor creation and management. 
  • Ensures compliance with company’s procurement policy. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and implement process improvements to streamline operations. 
  • Develop necessary policies and procedures related to AP and collaborate with Manager, Expense Management 
  • Develop and maintain SLA’s in processing invoices or payments. Ensures timely processing of payable and that supporting documents are complete. 
  • Support and provide guidance to theAPteam. And first point of contact for any AP related issues or concerns. 
  • Collaborate with Finance team (GL teamand Expense Management Team) 
  • Provide support to Director, Corporate Controller and Manager, Expense Management. 

  • Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience payable and accounting in leadership role. 
  • Experience with large ERP systems is required. Workday system experience preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven process improvement mindset required 
  • Must have prior experience working in the Shared Services/BPO Industry or an accounting firm
