At AudienceView, a Director, Engineering Transformations plays a crucial role in driving our innovative projects to success. This role will work directly with the CTO, supporting all IT-related matters, including IT Governance, transformational programs for Engineering, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive progress toward our ambitious goals. It involves close interaction with engineering leaders to follow them on several initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Director, Engineering Transformations will leverage their consulting expertise to guide digital transformation initiatives. They will develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. With a strong understanding of industry best practices and methodologies, they will assess business processes, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and lead the organization through these initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Work hand in hand with the CTO to drive transformational programs for Engineering, planning and strategy, across all IT areas.
- Monitor resource utilization and identify areas for optimization, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of Engineering leaders to achieve department and company goals.
- Manage budget for Engineering, working with other Engineering leaders ensuring financial responsibility and transparency.
- Conduct progress review meetings with project teams to address issues and maintain alignment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Identify and assess potential project risks, developing mitigation plans to address identified risks and ensure project success.
- Proactively communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, maintaining open and honest communication.
- Conduct regular status meetings with key stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in people management and project planning, preferably within an engineering or technology environment.
- Proven experience in consulting and digital transformation projects, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Desirable experience with AI implementation in an Engineering organization with a proven track record to increase efficiency (non-exclusive).

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:
