Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10pm-2pm 4 hours

Job Description

Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of an emerging real estate enterprise. In this role, you’ll serve as the administrative backbone of the business, handling a diverse range of responsibilities that keep operations running smoothly while the founder focuses on growth strategies. You’ll enjoy a varied workday managing communications, coordinating schedules, processing financial transactions, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business communications, crafting professional emails and making calls on behalf of the business owner
  • Manage a dynamic calendar by scheduling and coordinating both business meetings and personal appointments
  • Handle financial administration including processing payments, managing bills, and executing transactions with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Provide timely follow-up communications with potential clients and business contacts to maintain strong relationships
  • Research and organize travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries for business trips and personal vacations
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems to support real estate operations
  • Organize and prioritize inbox communications to ensure prompt responses to important messages
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as the business grows and evolves
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information and financial accounts
