Head of Product Management at Search Atlas

Hi! We’re Search Atlas Group, a SEO software company, focused on engineering products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups.

We looking for a experienced Head of Product Management to lead and expand our suite of products. We’re a bootstrapped startup (and revenue generating!), which means we move fast, wear multiple hats, and focus on delivering real impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment, loves working across technical and business functions, and knows how to get things done.

About the Role

Reporting directly into our CTO and Co-Founders, you’ll be responsible for setting the product strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to drive results. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—whether that’s shaping product roadmaps, refining go-to-market plans, or jumping into the tools to solve challenges directly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the product lifecycle for our suite of products, from strategy to execution

• Work closely with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure seamless delivery

• Align product development with business goals, customer needs, and market trends

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies

• Define key metrics and track performance to ensure ongoing product success

• Actively contribute to the growth of the company by making quick, impactful decisions

• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in both technology and product management- 8+ years experience

• 5+ years experience leading and scaling product teams in a fast-moving environment

• Deep understanding of product marketing and how to position products effectively

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and set clear priorities

• Hands-on approach—comfortable being in the details while also thinking strategically

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
