Job Description​
Providing knowledgeable and responsive assistance in helping patients and prospective patients access and navigate SLHS services and programs. First point of contact for these individuals directing them to the right resources and problem solving the right answer to their particular challenge issue or need. Guiding them to the right resources to meet their needs. This requires excellent communication skills superb relationship building skills resourcefulness flexibility patience and the maturity to successfully handle everything from a caller wanting to register for a class to a patient complaining of a sub optimal experience. Tracking demographic information and entering that information into a database where appropriate. It is considered a pivotal role in our public relations effort to reinforce SLHS as the regional leading health care provider.
