Fullsteam is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing, with a focus on demand generation, for multiple business units selling vertical B2B SaaS solutions to small, mid-market and enterprise Medical Practice customers. 

Working closely with Head of Marketing, Sales Teams, Product Organizations and others throughout Fullsteam, the Marketing Manager will build out a world-class demand generation function to support revenue goals. They will also contribute to building and executing a successful, mid/long-term growth strategies.  

 

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work in close collaboration with the business unit’s functional leaders. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain the BUs marketing budget
  • Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies. 
  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find which campaigns were most effective. 
  • Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients. 
  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company. 
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service. 
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards. 
  • Own and optimize all marketing channels. Adhere to a data-driven marketing approach, using previous performance and leading indicators to quickly adjust tactics and spend. 
  • Own relationships with marketing vendors and drive performance. 
  • Collaborate with management, sales, and product, to refine ICP and target customer segments, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with sales to deliver and score leads and continually optimize the lead delivery process to balance quality, quantity, and ICP fit from all marketing channels. 
  • Collaborate with product and CS teams to build marketing and communications calendars and support new product and feature launches. 
  • Develop and execute short/mid/long-term marketing activities to build top/mid/bottom funnel pipeline to support revenue goals and increase market share. 
  • Aggregate and analyze KPI and performance data on a regular basis and provide weekly reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership. 
  • Conduct market and competitive research and draw insights to optimize demand generation strategies that translate into results. 
  • Implement customer marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention. 
  • Develop strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness both online and offline. 
  • Accurately forecast top of funnel pipeline and participate in planning and presentation sessions.

Skills & Competencies: 

  • B2B SaaS experience. 
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing marketing functions in growth environments. 
  • Experience working with sales and product teams to take new products to market. 
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating with sales teams to hit or exceed revenue goals. 
  • Experience managing external marketing vendors and agencies. 
  • Mastery at managing to KPIs that matter; obsession with leveraging data to inform strategy, optimize tactics, and deliver results. 
  • Experienced power-user of marketing automation and advertising platforms. 
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization face-to-face and remotely. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B software targeting customers in the medical practice space, including small, mid-market, and enterprise. 

  • High competency in project and stakeholder management.

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a thought partner to help develop growth strategies as well manage tactical marketing operations on a day-to-day basis. 

  • Proven track record of success building and managing world-class marketing functions. 

  • Strong written, phone, and in-person communicator. 

  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills. 

  • Detailed, organized and results-oriented, with ability to effectively prioritize. 

  • Travel as required by business needs.
