Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • No prior experience necessary; however, customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece.
  • A genuine interest in financial technology and online payment solutions.
  • Problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
