Qualifications:

Accounting Graduate or currently studying towards an Accounting qualification., Experience with Accpac accounting software is advantageous., Basic accounting knowledge and good administrative skills are essential., Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail is required..

Key responsabilities:

Process all expenditure items through the cashbook and prepare for payment.

Capture and reconcile cashbooks and monthly account reconciliations on Accpac.

Create payments on the ABSA Banking system and prepare creditor invoices for payment.

Liaise with various suppliers and perform adhoc office duties as required.
