Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

RN/LPN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

We are currently seeking RN/LPNs in Clermont, FL and surrounding areas. At NurseCore we are passionate about connecting healthcare professionals and nurses with medical positions that fit their lifestyle.

Current Shift Needs:

Thursday-Sunday, 4 days, Day shift 7am-7pm,
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Nights, 7pm-7am.
RN Pay Rate $29/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $25/hr.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Night Shift 7pm-7am,
RN Pay Rate $35/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.

Responsibilities:

Every day is different in-Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
