Posting Salary Range: $35,646 - $41,375

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina.

What We’re Looking For

Trillium is seeking a Performance Improvement Support Specialist! The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. This position requires the ability to handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. You will apply these organizational skills to provide focused administrative support for departmental goals and initiatives. On a typical day, you might:

  • Provide administrative assistance with projects or assignments such as surveys, back-up staffing support, policies & procedures, office duties, and other quality related tasks.
     
  • Provide administrative, clerical, or custodial oversight or action to resolve day-to-day issues.
     
  • Perform general clerical work.  
     
  • Schedule and arrange for tasks assigned.
     
  • Process confidential and complex information with discretion and professionalism.

 

  • Prepare, process, and review oral and written material.  
     
  • Assist, as needed, in preparation of informational reports and/or special projects as requested by the managers and/or directors.
     
  • Apply organizational skills to provide support for departmental goals and organizational goals and initiatives.
     
  • Prioritize and completes tasks in a timely matter.

Qualifications: 

Education: 
 High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: 
 Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience.

OR 

Equivalent combination of education/experience.

 

Preferred Experience:
 
Prefer experience in assisting/providing support and previous office management experience.

Preferably 12 months of experience in behavioral/mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities field.

 

License/Certification: 
 Must have a valid driver’s license

Location:
 
Remote within North Carolina. 
 Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
