Job Description

Take ownership of mission-critical data analysis initiatives within a sophisticated QuickBooks Online ERP environment. You'll serve as the primary data specialist, responsible for validating and optimizing existing SQL views while creating new data solutions that drive business intelligence and operational efficiency. This role offers significant autonomy and growth potential, allowing you to shape the organization's data architecture while working with modern tools and technologies. Starting as a part-time position, there's opportunity for expansion to full-time based on project success and evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the validation and optimization of existing SQL views within the QuickBooks Online ERP environment
  

• Design and implement new data views based on strategic business priorities
  

• Extract and analyze complex SQL data sets to support business decision-making
  

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data structures and queries
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
  

• Provide regular updates and insights on data validation findings
  

• Recommend and implement improvements to existing data architecture
  

• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all business reporting
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with SQL query writing and view creation
  

• Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online ERP systems
  

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  

• Experience in data validation and quality assurance
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  

• Excellence in technical documentation and process mapping
  

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  

• Background in data analysis and reporting
