This role is about being personal, building relationships, developing and maintaining your profile as a recruiter in the PR industry, assisting both clients and candidates and more importantly doing it in a friendly supportive environment. At no point will cold calling be necessary!

 

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will manage the recruitment for a pool of PR agencies in London.

·       Maintain close communication with your clients to understand their business and updates

·       Identify and pursue new business sales opportunities by use of the internet, networking etc

·       Manage the workflow and traffic between the clients and candidates, be the central point

·       Source candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for our job vacancies

·       Build and develop your profile as a recruiter in the PR industry to gain referrals and raise the reputation of our agency

·       Ensure the smooth running of company business

·       Research into clients company, competitors and market place

·       Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

·       Conduct confidential screening of candidates

·       Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to clients

·       Network and build long-lasting client relationships

·       Research and develop recruiting leads

·       Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

·       Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

·       Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client

·       Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
