In September 2021, we joined Levi Strauss & Co., one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.’s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
The Senior Manager, Real Estate Administration will manage our overall real estate process, leading our data analytics projects, help source and implement technological tools to help manage the pipeline, and assisting with corporate communications and distribution of strategy and lead projects such as cost-to-build initiative and remodel execution process. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Construction, you will provide reporting, manage store development processes, and operational support to Real Estate Store Development. You will develop the use of reporting tools to expand the breadth and depth of operational reporting in pursuit of improved visibility to management, support strategic decision-making.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800- $177,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
