About the Role:

Support our growing MSP network with onboarding, technical training, and post-sale support to increase time-to-value and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical enablement and business plan execution for new and existing MSP partners.
  • Support partner configuration, deployment, and success.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve MSP support processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in customer success, support, or technical onboarding.
  • Familiar with security or cloud infrastructure.
  • Based in India and able to support regional partners.
