Job description

Sur is a leading recruitment agency helping US companies hire top talent in Latin America. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and manage full-cycle hiring processes for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in agency recruiting, experience sourcing technical roles, and a proven ability to meet SLAs. This role requires fluency in English and familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms, including setting up automations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective pipelines.
  • Ensure SLAs are met for speed and quality of hires.
  • Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment.
  • Set up and manage ATS automations to improve efficiency.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and organization, optimizing overall operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in tech or high-volume hiring.
  • Previous experience recruiting for US or English-speaking companies.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – must be comfortable communicating with US clients.
  • Strong track record of hitting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, designers, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS and experience setting up automations.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a start up or small team is preferred.
