WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As a Senior Account Executive (Inside Sales) at Emerse, you will play a key role in driving our commercial success. This is a full-cycle inside sales role — from prospecting to close — focused on engaging senior executives and decision-makers at high-growth companies.

You’ll work directly with C-level leaders, navigating complex sales cycles and positioning Emerse’s services as mission-critical to their growth strategy.


WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN INSIDE SALESPERSON AT EMERSE:

  • Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal and close

  • Conduct deep, consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (typically at C-level)

  • Build a high-quality pipeline through both inbound and outbound strategies

  • Identify client needs and align Emerse solutions with clear business outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure seamless client handover and onboarding

  • Maintain a strong CRM hygiene and consistently report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Emerse in every interaction
