What You Will Do
- Spearhead and implement innovative and comprehensive operational, financial, technology, and compliance audits, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to internal deadlines and professional standards.
- Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems, identifying and communicating areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen control environments, and mitigate risk.
- Leverage data analytics and advanced technology tools to develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time actionable insights and support decision-making to enhance audit processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.
- Contribute to departmental procedures aimed at improving team output and productivity.
- Work across global time zones, in a quickly changing organization.
- Build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, with support provided for transitioning into the business, if desired

- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, support and engage with project stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Skilled in risk assessment, internal controls (Business Process and ITGC), data analysis, and audit methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and adjust strategies in response to unexpected challenges.
- Enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and process improvement, willingness to learn new skills and embrace evolving technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in a global company.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field, or prior internal audit experience.
- Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, ACA or other) preferred.
- Experience with Google Suite (docs, sheets, appscripts, gemini, etc.), Snowflake, Looker, or SQL.
- Solid understanding of global compliance regulations (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
