As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the vital first point of contact connecting businesses with our client’s premium aquarium solutions. You’ll engage with decision-makers across various industries to arrange demonstrations of stunning, fully-maintained fish tank installations that enhance their business environments. This role offers the perfect blend of sales and relationship building as you’ll help businesses discover how beautiful aquatic displays can transform their spaces and impress their clients. You’ll work with a combination of warm leads and research-based prospects, utilizing proven scripts and value propositions to secure appointments. Responsibilities
Connect with business decision-makers across multiple industries including healthcare, hospitality, and professional services
Articulate the benefits of premium fish tank installations in creating impressive business environments
Schedule appointments for complimentary one-month trials, showcasing how these stunning displays enhance client spaces
Achieve daily outreach targets, making approximately 100 quality connections daily
Secure 3-5 appointments daily by effectively communicating value propositions
Track all communications and appointments using professional CRM and calling systems
Research and identify potential new clients who would benefit from our services
Potentially support appointment setting for a premium commercial cleaning service
Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses to help refine targeting
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or similar role
Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly telephone manner
Ability to understand business needs and articulate how our solutions address them
Experience with VoIP phone systems and appointment scheduling software
Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a remote environment with virtual team collaboration
Ability to adapt to different business types and understand varied client needs
Professional demeanor and excellent listening skills to identify client requirements
Positive attitude and resilience when handling objections or scheduling challenges
