Location- Remote

Experience-3 Year+

Scope of Work:
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and multimedia content to support the adoption and enablement of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clear, concise, and engaging documentation (user guides, FAQs, training materials).
Design visually compelling infographics, and one-pagers.
Create effective video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, and promotional materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, Google Sites etc.).
Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar).
Video editing expertise (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
