How You'll Make an Impact

  • Improve metal fabrication processes to drive standardization and enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Document and manage equipment lists for technologies used in manufacturing DTR Oil Tanks and Power Transformers.

  • Create, update, and maintain global production and equipment standards for tank fabrication and painting lines.

  • Support process improvements, equipment purchases, upgrades, and relocations.

  • Optimize welding operations to maximize asset utilization while meeting quality standards and customer requirements.

  • Develop partnerships with global suppliers for tanks and enclosures.

  • Incorporate lessons learned from quality cases into global standards to reduce costs of poor quality (COPQ).

  • Drive innovation in production, including automation and digitalization.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

  • International experience, working in different countries and cultures.

  • Required welding certifications.
