We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our Victim Services Suite team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, API plug-ins, workflows, and system integration. This role requires a U.S.-based professional who can pass an FBI background check and has experience working in highly secure and regulated environments. Experience with the Department of Corrections, Victim Services, or other government agencies is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions tailored to enterprise and government needs. 
  • Provide technical leadership and strategy for D365-based implementations, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability. 
  • Develop custom .NET applications, API integrations, plug-ins, and workflows to enhance D365 capabilities. 
  • Lead integration efforts between D365 and third-party systems, leveraging RESTful APIs, Azure Services, and Power Platform components. 
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, government agencies, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and data protection regulations, including CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. 
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimizations to maintain reliability and efficiency. 
  • Develop technical documentation, architectural roadmaps, and best practices for D365 deployments. 
  • Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles. 
  • Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based deployments.

What We Look For In You
Must-Haves
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and enterprise system integration. 
  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including CRM and ERP modules.
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#), API development, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong hands-on experience with D365 plug-in development, workflows, and customizations.
  • Expertise in Azure Services, cloud computing, and modern integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, Dataverse, and data migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance requirements, and risk management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology initiatives.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass an FBI background check.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. 
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working with Department of Corrections, Victim Services, Law Enforcement, or other government agencies. 
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Knowledge of government compliance frameworks (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, etc.).
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with case management systems, offender tracking, or victim notification platforms.
