Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about our bookstore, including product information, orders, and returns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our book offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
  • A strong enthusiasm for books and literature.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is proactive and positive.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
