.Net Developer with Healthcare Insurance
6mos Contract to Hire
100% remote

Note:
C#, mostly backend dev, web APIs and event-based architecture, Azure Cloud, (but AWS would work)
Healthcare insurance or provider(hospital/clinics) experience would be nice

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems and applications.
They will participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Possess functional knowledge of all layers of computer software development.

Work will be 70-80% backend/database, 20-30% frontend/pipelines/automation.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology or a related computer degree or equivalent experience. A master’s degree is a plus
Solid software development-related experience in an Agile development environment and a strong understanding of the SDLC
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with complex project deliverables in a very driven and changing organization
Demonstrated ownership of assigned tasks and dedication and perseverance to get the job done

Front-end development using Svelte or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Cypress for UI, API testing
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or comparable

Understanding of DevOps methodology and/or CI/CD pipeline process using GitHub Actions
Familiarity with containerization
Familiarity with Auth0 and/or SSO methodologies
