Mongolian-Speaking Partner Relations Manager – Mongolia

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Partner Relations Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Partners. This role involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company’s product offerings and market presence.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
  • Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
  • Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
  • Analyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services.
  • Stay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners.
  • Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention efforts.
  • Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.

  • Main requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
  • Fluent Mongolian speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and resourceful.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Valid work permit.
