Job Brief:

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving process improvements. This role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

To work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management.

To develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with rigour on bottom's up approach.

Ensuring seamless finance activities in the department and preparing monthly MIS for accounting functions, and working on budgets as per Accounting Standards.

To track and measure key financials and business metrics.

To support month-end account closures, procedures, and corrections as needed.

Prepare the plans vs actuals regularly, in-depth analysis of variance, and communicate the same proactively, creating the right visibility and enabling actionable planning.

Handle Ad-hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time.

Participate in & drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency.

Requirements:

A qualified CA or a Tier-1 MBA with 0-1 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis.

A professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, having an exceptional professional track record.

Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, reporting, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, FP&A.

Knowledge of Advance Excel, MS Office & PPT,

An analytical mind.

Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.

Commercial and business awareness/acumen.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to stick to time constraints.
