We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team and spearhead the development of high-quality software solutions using Neptune, graph database, python, LLM, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS .

Job Description:
As a Tech Lead , you will play a crucial role in leading the development team, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and efficient software applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Neptune, graph database, python, LLM, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.

  • Architect, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions on GCP and AWS.

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.

  • Ensure best practices in software development, including clean code, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into the development process when relevant.

  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.



Requirements


  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Neptune, graph database, python, LLM, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.

  • 2+ years of experience in a tech leadership or senior engineering role.

  • Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and EC2.

  • Strong understanding of frontend development using React.js, including state management, component design, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Advanced English skills.
