Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ableFamilies Marketing Program Manager plays a critical role in driving awareness, enrollment, and engagement for the ableFamilies program, targeting families of current QuickTalker Freestyle users. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position collaborates closely with key business stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with the program’s strategic goals.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collaborate with ableFamilies stakeholders to define marketing initiatives and develop materials that drive program enrollment and engagement.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing activities.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Partner with Business Systems team to create and maintain reporting dashboards, providing real-time insights into marketing performance.
  • Conduct post campaign analysis to measure effectiveness, assess outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings to gather persona insights, exchange ideas, and review marketing activity results.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and communications, aligning messaging with brand guidelines and broader program goals
  • Identify and act on emerging marketing trends and best practices to enhance program visibility and effectiveness

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally, aligning efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven experience executing marketing programs and campaigns including coordinating the development of content and marketing collateral.
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels including email, social media, and web properties.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience


  • B.A. / B.S. in marketing, other relevant 4-year degree
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience



 

Physical, Time, Presence & Other Requirements

Physical: 

 Up to 8 hours of computer keyboarding per day

Time:

 Full-Time, Exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week.  Additional hours may be required as necessary.

Presence: 

 This position is fully remote; onsite presence is not expected/will be minimal

Travel:

Up to 10% of domestic travel may be expected
