We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Expert to drive our recruitment strategy by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent. In this role, you will proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry research. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles. A deep understanding of sourcing techniques, market trends, and employer branding is essential.
· Work closely with peers, HR partners, and business leaders to deeply understand, plan, develop, innovate, and execute on recruitment strategy and impact to business
· Lead meetings and projects between hiring manager and team to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and team partnership
· Build networks and recommend sources to develop and maintain a pool of high-quality, diversified candidates for all levels and functions
· Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring needs to meet business objectives
· Manage and negotiate relationships with recruiting vendors and seek out new tools, services, and resources
· Track metrics and pipeline activity from/with talent advisors for hiring as well as manage reporting
· Be empathetic, persuasive, tactful, and approachable to employees across the business.
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Experience/Certification Requirements
· 5 years of functional recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment at a high-growth company
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience building and developing relationships with candidates and business in a global business environment.
· Experience advising leaders on talent/hiring and managing the full lifecycle and inclusive search processes
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience managing high volume recruiting needs as well as specialized technical and non-technical roles
· Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, laws, policies, and procedures
· Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions
· Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
· Strong negotiation and closing skills and the ability to build strong candidate relationships
· Comfort in communicating at all levels of the organization and utilizing your skills to influence and drive hiring processes that produce high quality outcomes.
· A self-starting and resourceful work ethic needing little to no guidance but with enough humility to know when to ask for help.
