Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of paid social campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking. Implement strategies to enhance audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid management.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Develop comprehensive paid social strategies in alignment with client goals and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to interpret campaign performance data. Derive actionable insights and provide recommendations to optimize campaign efficiency and ROI.
Collaboration: work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the highest level of client service, while maximizing media efficiency, and team effectiveness.
Industry Expertise: Proactively educates oneself on industry findings and effectively mentors junior team members via training and delegation.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, and translating them into effective paid social strategies. Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
5+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn, X, and BeReal
Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively including delegation, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Strong presentation and sales ability to effectively communicate and sell in new idea with internal and external stakeholders
The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
