Our client, a growing company focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses streamline their operations, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter. This role is responsible for engaging with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality sales appointments. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement
Reach out to small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners via cold calls, emails, and social media DMs (Meta).
Utilize provided contact lists for targeted outreach and follow-up.
Qualify leads, assess interest, and set up 20+ qualified sales appointments per month.
Pipeline & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in HubSpot CRM.
Track performance metrics, ensuring lead data is properly categorized and updated.
Ensure a steady pipeline of prospects, optimizing the lead conversion process.
Follow-Ups & Nurturing
Execute multi-touch follow-ups via calls, emails, and social media messages to keep prospects engaged.
Handle initial objections and educate potential customers on the value of the company’s offerings.
Collaboration with Sales Team
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions to improve outreach efforts.
What Success Looks Like:
Consistently achieving or exceeding the goal of 20+ booked qualified sales calls per month.
High engagement rates from outbound efforts, leading to increased conversion opportunities.
Accurate and organized data management in HubSpot CRM, ensuring an efficient sales workflow.
Positive collaboration with the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions for qualified leads.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
1+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development.
Experience using HubSpot for lead tracking, data entry, and pipeline management is required.
Strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport over the phone, email, and social media.
Previous experience in cold outreach to SMBs is highly preferred.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and stay driven to hit performance targets.
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
