We are looking for a person to join our FP&A team

Functional responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Monitor and control costs to improve profitability
Identify areas of financial inefficiencies and propose corrective actions
Oversee cost allocation and expense management.
Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights
Evaluate financial viability of new projects, mergers, and acquisitions
Provide financial forecasts to assist in strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (mandatory)
5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
At least 3-5 years in a senior accounting or finance role
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Background in public accounting (Big 4 firms) is a plus.

Personal qualities:

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics)
Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills
Experience with audit processes and internal controls.
