Job description

DMS Account Manager 

We're looking for a proactive, client-centric Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to partner for our clients, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support to make the most of our marketing services. You'll play a key role in client retention, campaign performance updates, and overall satisfaction. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Onboard new clients, helping them get started with our digital marketing services and setting clear expectations. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients—answering questions, providing insights, and building lasting relationships. 
  • Regularly analyze performance dashboards and reporting tools to track campaign success and communicate results in a clear, value-driven way. 
  • Maintain detailed client records, notes, and updates using Salesforce CRM. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign deliverables and client goals. 
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and share strategic recommendations. 
  • Monitor account health and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. 
  • Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and how our services help them grow.
  • Create marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to share with the client. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, customer success, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into meaningful updates for clients.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or willingness to learn).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once. 
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, local search, campaign metrics) is a plus.
