Scrum Master

LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that designs, builds, and delivers web and mobile applications across industries like FinTech, E-commerce, and EdTech. We are looking for a Scrum Master (4+ years of experience) to join our team and contribute to an innovative online education platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.

• Remove impediments to improve team efficiency.

• Coach and mentor the team on Agile best practices.

• Protect the team from external distractions during sprints.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Encourage collaboration and decision-making within the team.

• Manage the product backlog and plan iterations.

• Ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.

• Promote Agile development methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum & Agile methodologies.

• B2-C1 English level.

• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.

• Scrum Master certification.

• Experience with online education platforms is a plus.

• Experience working with large, distributed teams.
