Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and work directly with the management team to oversee and execute daily finance tasks. This role involves collaborating with the finance team, assisting in task execution, and providing regular financial updates to management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, bank transactions, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily finance tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with the finance team to support task execution and workflow management.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Handle client and contractor communications related to financial matters.
Manage bank payments, transfers, and reconciliations.
Oversee transactions and payment processing via Stripe.
Generate financial reports and provide management with regular updates on financial status.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong expertise in Xero accounting software for financial management.
Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors regarding financial matters.
Hands-on experience with bank payments, bank transfers, and reconciliations.
Familiarity with Stripe payment processing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
