Overview

As Prosci continues to grow, we are looking to proactively build a strong pipeline of sales talent. While we do not have an opening at the moment, we would love to engage with you for future opportunities as an Account Executive. You will own the sales cycle, engaging with C-suite and senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies to drive multi-service consulting, training, and licensing engagements.

We’re looking for talented sales professionals with experience in any of the following industries: Government, Higher Education, Financial & Banking Services, Insurance, Manufacturing and Healthcare.

Your mission: build relationships, lead consultative sales, and close high-value enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of consultative sales experience (10+ preferred) in professional services, advisory, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close at the senior executive level.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.
  • Experience navigating CRM and sales tech stacks (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Background in change management or digital transformation is a plus.

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 40% travel for client meetings and internal team meetings.

Work Location: Remote within the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for commissions and is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program. This role has an uncapped commission target of around $100k per year.
