Tribalco seeks a SharePoint PowerApps Developer/Administrator who will work with Tribalco's Director of Corporate Quality and internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.) to develop SharePoint Sites and PowerApps Tools that will automate our business processes and tools and organize our organizational knowledge. The candidate will also develop and maintain the company's internal SharePoint systems. Candidates who have developed data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify, plan, and execute work independently with minimal or no oversight
  • Designing and implementing creative and innovative approaches to building robust Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) and GCC-High SharePoint Online capabilities that facilitate collaboration, automation, and streamlining of Tribalco’s processes through automation
  • Design and Develop Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) and GCC-High SharePoint Online Power Applications (PowerApps) and Solutions by studying and understanding the requirements, conducting analysis, and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performing software design using software development fundamentals and processes; debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Provide GCC and GCC-High SharePoint Online support at all levels, including troubleshooting and managing the resolution of operational problems for assigned software or hardware technologies.
  • Implementing automated Power Automate to automate manual processes. as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, test plans and clear code
  • Maintain and improve the company's internal GCC and GGC- High SharePoint Online Environments.
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Builds understanding of communications and collaboration technologies within the organization by creating self-service options.
  • Share knowledge and mentor/assist team members and peers who are less experienced or knowledgeable in a specific technology.
  • Leads and directs others in the overall GCC and GGC- High SharePoint Online Environments administration.
  • Installs, configures, and maintains GCC and GGC—High SharePoint online applications and solutions following established procedures and change control standards.
  • Maintains up-to-date awareness of industry developments and best practices in their area of specialization.
  • Develop SharePoint Applications to support operational requirements and needs.
  • Ensure all system applications and workflow are documented
  • Develop and conduct user training for GCC and GGC- High SharePoint Online Environments.

  

Desired Skills

 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience developing SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online solutions
  • Experience in InfoPath 2013 and SharePoint Designer
  • Experience developing data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and Excel (examples may be requested as part of the hiring process)
  • Experience building Excel pivot tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot
  • Experience designing knowledge management taxonomies and implementing them in SharePoint
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Comfortable working with customers to document business processes and requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public presentations and conducting user training.

 

Primary Focus

  • Develop a consolidated company-wide Risk Management System in PowerApps with dashboard capabilities, automated workflows, reporting, and security
  • Develop a company-wide Issue Management System in PowerApps with dashboard capabilities, automated workflows, reporting, and security
  • Develop Project Level ITIL SharePoint System
  • Develop External Customer SharePoint Site templates with enhanced security features for increased collaboration.

Clearance

  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who can obtain Public Trust security clearance.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $75,000-$125,000
  • The above salary range is a guideline; however, compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the scope of the position and the candidate's experience, education, certifications, training, skills, and market factors.
