We are looking for a Google Ads PPC Specialist to support our team with account setup, conversion tracking, and ad account maintenance. This role focuses on technical execution, ensuring accounts are properly structured, tagged, and compliant with Google Ads policies. While our Marketing Account Managers (MAMs) handle keyword research and bid strategies, this role will support setup, tracking, and ongoing account hygiene.
This position also requires light client communication, so the ability to effectively communicate internally and with clients in English is important.
Google Ads Account Setup & Maintenance
· Set up and structure Google Ads accounts according to best practices.
· Maintain account cleanliness and compliance with Google Ads policies.
· Manage audience lists, exclusions, and tracking parameters.
GA4, GTM & Conversion Tracking
· Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
· Ensure correct event tracking and attribution across campaigns.
· Troubleshoot tagging and tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection.
Ongoing Account Maintenance
· Regularly audit ad accounts to identify and fix errors.
· Monitor and manage disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues.
· Assist with budget pacing and spend allocation tracking.
· 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and policy compliance.
· Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking.
· Ability to audit and maintain account cleanliness, ensuring proper tracking, exclusions, and spend allocation.
· Experience managing disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues within Google Ads.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
· Basic understanding of budget pacing and spend allocation tracking.
· Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting tracking, attribution, and policy-related issues.
· Ability to communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and clients when needed.

· Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
· Familiarity with landing page tracking & UTM parameters.
· Basic understanding of ad copy best practices (though not responsible for writing).
